Concessions for pupils, students, trainees, young people on military or federal voluntary service, people with severe disabilities, 'BonnAusweis' pass holders (or visitors from other towns or local authority areas with a similar social pass) and young people in community service. Please remember to carry proof of concession status with you in the exhibition.
Family tickets are valid for one or two (grand)parents with at least one child up to 17 years old. Free entry for children under six.
The Happy Hour ticket is available two hours before the museum closes; it is valid for all current exhibitions Tues and Wed 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. as well as Thurs to Sun and public holidays 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. Only available for individual visitors, and not groups.

Children up to the age of six enjoy free admission.
School and kindergarten groups enjoy free entry to the exhibitions on Fridays.
One accompanying adult per group is admitted free of charge.
Disabled visitors who are entitled to the help of an accompanying person pay the full admission charge. The accompanying person enjoys free admission, provided that the Disability ID is marked B and states that an accompanist is needed at all times.
