Coordinated with the varied exhibition programme, we offer different educational activities for all age groups, for a wide range of needs and on many issues.
Public guided tours
Public guided tours of almost all exhibitions take place regularly on fixed dates. Current dates can be found on the respective exhibition pages or in the calendar of events.
Freely bookable group tours
Groups can book guided tours of the exhibition on individual dates. We are also happy to cater for groups with special needs. Find out more about our extensive inclusion programme.
Please note that bookings can be made up to five days before the desired date. Further information under group tours: Conditions (see below)
Thematic guided tours and events
Every two months, we invite you to our WEDNESDAY_LATE_ART series for speed tours, DJ & Drinks.
You can continue to spend your lunch break with us regularly with the KUNSTPAUSE.
We welcome families with babies in the mornings for guided tours and talks - from the nappy-changing table to the museum.
Audio and media tours
For a number of exhibitions, we offer guided tours in the form of free media guides. The current range of guides can be found on the respective exhibition pages and in the exhibition rooms themselves.
The Media Guides are part of the Bundeskunsthalle's own app, which is also available free of charge. You can use it via the browser on your smartphone or download it from the store.
If you are unable or unwilling to use your own smartphone for this purpose, please enquire about a loaner device at the cash desk.
