For years, our collaboration with deaf art educators has proven its worth. We also train deaf people who are interested in art education. Through a continuous exchange with those affected and associations, we receive feedback on our programme and use this experience to further improve our offer.
An induction loop for the audio guide device is available free of charge for people who use a hearing aid.
Audio guides / induction loops
The volume on our audio guides can be adjusted. We offer a portable induction loop for users of hearing aids and cochlear implants. This requires the activation of the "induction coil/T-coil" of the hearing aid or cochlear implant. Induction loops are available free of charge at the Audioguide stand.
Guiding system
If you have a hearing impairment and/or wear a hearing aid or cochlear implant, our exhibition organisers use tour guides. These mobile devices ensure that sounds are digitised and transmitted to the participants' headphones.
For wearers of hearing aids or CIs, we provide single-ear induction loops that are connected to the tour guides instead of headphones. The induction coil/T-coil of your hearing aid must be activated for this.
For public tours that do not require advance registration, it is sufficient to let us know on site that you wish to use the facility. Please let us know in advance if you would like to book a guided tour.
Inductive hearing system
For users of hearing aids and cochlear implants, a ring loop is available at the cash desk. Most hearing aids and cochlear implants react to the presence of a ring loop and automatically switch to the "induction coil/T-coil". Older devices may need to be switched over or switched on using the programme selection button.
